Sociologists and Psychologists Association of Samarkand Region was created on the base of Уimtc&MetropolisФ Recruitment Agency (Samarkand city) and with the help of Samarkand Personnel Officers club. The Association was officially registered on 8 February 2002 at Samarkand Office of Ministry of Justice (registration number є 43).
Sociologists and Psychologists Association of Samarkand Region is an independent nongovernmental noncommercial organization. It consists of several departments such as Samarkand Human Resource Club, Уimtc&MetropolisФ Recruitment Agency, a sociological service group named after Al- Beruniy, Testing Center, Training Center and Program Supply Service
